IT Analyst & Designer

Bachelor's in Information Systems or related field   + 2 yrs exp. Optimize the current design software and recommend new platforms for ERP (Enterprise resource planning), and CRM (Customer relationship management); Identify risks, opportunities, faults, and areas for development within the company's IT framework; Handle the analysis, maintenance, and enhancement of information systems; Website maintenance; Responsible for IT and security environment. Implement Project management methodology in the company for the life cycle of the projects; Design CAD Floor Plans/Elevations/Perspectives from concept sketches using Chief Architect and 2020 Kitchen design; Interact with clients (homeowners, interior designers, architects, builders, etc.), present them the 3D design for the Kitchen, bathroom, etc., and finally guide them through our process from concept to completion; Keep the design programs updated to the last version and catalogs from manufacturing. Working knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), Process and Security Certification, ERP (Enterprise resource planning), CRM (Customer relationship management); and Chief Architect and 2020 Kitchen design; Supervision of First-Line Supervisors of Production and Operating Workers.
